Physical progress

As with any fitness blogs these days, I figured I needed to upload some pics of the Italian Stallion so you could keep up with how I’m looking throughout this experience.

To all those who personally know me – let’s not make this awkward.

In the beginning, meaning at my heaviest, I weighed 219 lbs in 2013. Due to forces beyond my control, I lost weight. There’s really no weight goal in mind at this time, but I wouldn’t mind being 170 again (my weight at the end of college). In any case here goes:

  • July 6, 2014 – 211.3 lbs – I started riding my bike again on this date. Sorry, there’s no pic, I wasn’t into blogging yet!
  • July 23, 2014 – 207.9 lbs – when I started cataloging this experience.

Yes, I am totally excited to be in this picture. I’m still not comfortable being semi-naked, so ya. I’m leaving this picture up and will post it at the beginning of each month’s progress page for some comparisons. Also, don’t forget to check out my side-by-side pics.
