I found that I’m doing most of this already. Being a typical American with an Italian heritage, I slack at the last bit of advice quite excessively sometimes.

I have shared this video previously but it is worth a reminder. I do many of these things already. Although I am near my ideal cycling weight there are always a few extra pounds.

Indeed more miles! I have actually found that the harder I ride, the more weight transfer there is (i.e. fat to muscle) thus masking the weight loss.
